Terms of Use
1.1 Our full company name is Common Bond Limited (referred to in these terms as Common Bond, we, us or our). Our registered company number is 16523903 and our VAT registration number is 370416318. Our website is www.thecommonbond.co. Our registered address is based at 55 Southwark Street.
Common Bond also refers to trading business Boom Cycle, KOBOX, Reformcore, Barrecore, Triyoga, and any other companies as which are deemed part of the Common Bond Group.
1.2 These terms and conditions (Terms), together with the other documents referred to in clause 1.7 below, govern the basis on which we provide access to our studio, Classes (as defined below) and fitness services (Services) and our Common Bond On Demand program. Please read these Terms carefully before you start using our Services.
1.3 If you use our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and us, and govern your use of the Services. If you do anything in breach of these Terms we may terminate your account and right to receive our Services. If you use the facilities that is deemed that you have signed these terms and conditions.
1.4 We may change these Terms from time to time. If a revision is material we shall, at our discretion, notify you. If you continue to use our Services after any revisions take effect, then you will be taken to have agreed to the revised Terms. These Terms were last updated in November 2024.
1.5 We may change the features of our Services from time to time. We do not guarantee that any particular Services will be made available. This includes closure of sites, studios or facilities.
1.6 In addition to these Terms, the following additional terms also apply to your use of our Services.
a. Privacy Policy;
b. any other notices or rules displayed in our facilities or which we notify you of from time to time.
2. Registering an Account
2.1 To register an account and use our Services you must:
a. be an individual
b. be 18 years old or older or, in an exception only if you have your parent or guardian’s written consent, be aged between 16-18 and are always supervised by an appropriate adult.
c. confirm that you have no health problems which may affect your participation in using any of our Services. In the case of any doubt, the member shall seek advice from a Medical Doctor who should confirm their ability to exercise.
2.2 You must sign up directly with us (via our Website or App) in order to use our Services. When signing up, you must provide:
1. your full name;
2. a valid and subsisting email address;
3. a password for accessing your account on the Website or App;
4. your address;
5. your gender;
6. details of your bank account, debit/credit card or other payment method you wish to use to purchase Classes and Products with (which will be encrypted and shared directly with Stripe our payment provider);
7. any other information reasonably requested by us as part of the sign-up process.
2.3 You warrant that all information you provide to us when registering an account is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and belief. You must ensure the information in your account is updated regularly with any relevant changes.
2.4 We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to refuse to register any given prospective user.
2.5 Liability
Each member shall be liable for any property damage and/or personal injury by the Member on the Common Bond premises. It shall be the obligation of the Member to pay for any costs involved upon the presentation of a statement thereof.
3. Common Bond – STUDIO CLASSES (Includes Boom Cycle, KOBOX, Reformcore, Barrecore and Triyoga)
3.1 Purchasing and Using Memberships/Packages.
3.1.1 All of the Classes/Memberships and Packages we offer are the duration advertised on the website/schedule.
3.1.2 You can purchase memberships, class packs or individual classes from our Website, via our Common Bond app or directly in studio. Details of our latest prices can be found on our Website. We reserve the right to change our prices for subscriptions and packs from time to time at our discretion.
3.1.3 Subject to clause 10.1 which outlines your consumer rights, all charges for the purchase of memberships and credits are non-refundable.
3.1.4 Memberships
All Memberships are charged and activated immediately on the date of purchase, meaning they commence from that date. All memberships have a minimum commitment period stipulated in the name of the membership or recurring pack. After the initial term, they can then be cancelled with 30 days’ notice provided in writing to your home studio. You may not transfer memberships to another user.
Class Packs
All Class Packs start from the date of first booking and have a different validity period, depending on the pack. It is your responsibility to note the duration of any class packs and use accordingly as they cannot be extended, with the exception of an Injury/Medical reason supported by a Doctor’s note. Class Packs are not shareable or transferable.
3.1.5 Payment for all orders processed on the Website must be made by credit or debit card on the checkout page using our payment provider Stripe. You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason. Please note, it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. We are not responsible for this.
Purchases made via telephone or in studio are subject to the same terms – we are a cashless business.
3.1.6 Promotional codes sometimes apply to certain types of memberships/packages only, unless stated otherwise and confirmed in writing.
3.1.7 When subscribing, you are automatically added to our mailing list, which you can unsubscribe from after receiving your first email. This excludes service emails.
3.1.8 Class packs and memberships are non-transferrable, refundable or sharable.
3.1.9 The unlimited memberships can be paused for one month up to four times within a 12-month period. This is done at the discretion of the studio and will increase the term of your contract.
3.1.10 The following products have an expiration of one month from the date of purchase:
* Single product
* 3-pack product
* 5-pack product
The following products have an expiration of 60 days from the date of purchase:
* 10-pack product
The following products have an expiration of 90 days from the date of purchase:
* 20-pack product
The following products have an expiration of 6 months from the date of purchase:
* 50-pack product
4. Memberships and subscriptions
4.1 You will be billed every cycle (monthly or annually) for your UF in studio or VOD/Online membership unless you chose to cancel by providing 30 days’ notice to the studio.

4.2 Your subscription will be automatically billed unless you cancel your membership in writing under the conditions stated above.
4.3 All memberships automatically renew until cancelled.
5. Cancelling a Membership & Closing your account
5.1 All membership cancellation requests require a 30-day notice period. You may cancel your membership in writing by emailing the studio on or after the initial minimum commitment period. No membership can be cancelled prior to completion of the minimum commitment period.
5.2 If you wish to close your account, you may do so on the Website or by contacting us at any time. (Please note this refers to an open account with the studio and not to any membership within contract.)
5.3 We may close your account if we believe that you breach any of our Terms.
5.4 Once your account has been cancelled, you will retain access to all paid features throughout the remainder of the term you purchased.
6. Cancellation of classes/no shows/late entry
6.1 All classes are subject to a 12-hour cancellation policy.
6.1.1 Pay as you go clients/Commitment Memberships:
– if we/you cancel 12 hours before the scheduled class start time, the associated credit will be returned to your account.
– if cancelled less than 12 hours prior to the class start time, the credit will not be returned and cannot be refunded.
Unlimited Memberships:
Late cancellations will result in a charge of £10 for each late cancel and a £10 charge for any no shows to booked classes.
Private Sessions
Private Clients are those that have 121 or small group classes with an instructor
Private clients are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy for booked sessions. This can be done by contacting the studio via a phone call or email. If a session is cancelled within the 24-hour window by the client then the credit for that session will be forfeit.
6.2 No Shows
6.2.1 Any pay as you go or Commitment Membership client who does not show up for class will have their credit taken from their account. Unlimited members that do not show up to the class will incur a fine rate of £10. If a member persistently fails to attend booked Classes/sessions, they will be considered in breach of their membership and may have their membership terminated. After three no shows/late cancellations, your account/membership will be automatically suspended by the booking platform until you contact us.
6.3 Late Entry
6.3.1 No client will be permitted entry after the scheduled start time of the class. This will be clearly signalled by the closing of the studio door. Any member who arrives after the start time of the class will not be permitted entry under any circumstances and the class credit will be taken or the fine will incur. There are no exceptions to this policy as it is in place to ensure the safety of all clients and staff.
6.3.2 First timers must be checked in 10 minutes before the start of the class for the induction. If the safety introduction is missed, the instructor may deem it unsafe for the client to attend session and they will be classed as late and the credit will be lost.
7. Common Bond On Demand
7.1 Purchasing and Using Subscriptions
7.1.1 Upon Completion of your first class, any rights for refund are voided.
7.1.2 All of the Classes we offer are the duration advertised on the website and constitute one class no matter the duration.
7.1.3 You can purchase subscriptions from our Website. Details of our latest prices can be found on our Website. We reserve the right to change our prices for subscriptions from time to time at our discretion.
7.1.4 Subject to your consumer rights, all charges for the purchase of subscriptions are non-refundable.
7.1.5 You may not transfer subscriptions to another user. Subscriptions activate immediately from purchase.

You should be aware that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorise payment for any reason. 8. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Subscriptions
8.1 You will be billed every cycle for your Common Bond On Demand subscription unless you chose to cancel on your Account page.
8.2 Your will be automatically billed unless you cancel your Subscription.
8.3 Subscriptions give you unlimited access to all online workouts.
8.4 Subscriptions cannot be frozen.
8.5 All subscriptions automatically renew.
8.6 3/6/12 pay Monthly subscriptions must complete the initial term and then have a 30-day cycle and validity continuing on a rolling basis thereafter. 30 days’ notice applies after the initial term.
8.7 3/6/12 month paid in full memberships renew for a repeat term at the end of each membership period.
9. Cancelling a Subscription & Closing your Account
9.1 You may cancel your subscription by contacting your home studio and speaking with the team outside of your minimum term.
9.2 If you wish to close your account you may do so by contacting the home studio us at any time after your minimum term.
9.3 We may close your account if we believe that you breach any of our Terms.
9.4 Once your account has been cancelled, you will retain access to all paid features throughout the remainder of the term you purchased.
10. Debt Recovery
If an account remains unpaid for 60 days beyond the invoice due date, it may be referred to a debt recovery agency. In such cases, the client will incur an additional £75 + VAT fee to cover the costs of initiating the recovery process. This fee will be added to the outstanding balance and will be payable in full upon demand.
