Can I access all class styles with a pack or membership?
Yes! All our class styles are available to book with any intro offer, class pack or membership option.
What happens in a typical KOBOX class?
Every KOBOX class is broken down into two parts. For half of the class, the trainer will take you through our signature 6-punch combinations system, which will be projected on the walls or screens for you to follow. For the other half, they’ll have you working up a sweat with a range of functional training exercises on ‘the wall’, focusing on a different body part each day. Each trainer runs their classes slightly differently keeping every class varied and fun.
Which class style is best for beginners?
All of our KOBOX class styles are suitable for beginners. For your first class with us, please arrive 20 minutes before your class to allow enough time for our Front of House team to get you signed in and show you around the studio.
Can I attend a class with you if I’m pregnant?
Many of our classes can still be attended whilst pregnant. It’s best to chat with our Front of House team before booking so we can help you select the most suitable classes to support your journey.
Can I do KOBOX if I’m injured?
It depends on your injury and how it may affect your ability to take the class. Always make sure you tell the instructor of your injury before class starts as they will be able to give you modifications. Or you can always drop an email to our studio and our lovely front of house team will pass your question onto an instructor.
