KOBOX City

KOBOX London Boxing Classes

This isn't your regular boxing gym, this is KOBOX. 50-minute high intensity boxing classes for all fitness levels set in a state-of-the-art underground fitness space.

A KOBOX class is broken down into two parts. For half of the class, our trainers will take you through our signature 6-punch combinations system, which will be projected on the walls of the studio for you to easily follow. For the other half of the class, they'll have you working up a sweat on "The Wall" with a range of functional training exercises giving you a whole body workout.

Directions: From Liverpool Street Station, you need to exit out from the McDonalds exit. You can either walk west on Liverpool St towards Old Broad St, then a left onto Blomfield St, finally turning left onto London Wall. Or turn left onto Old Broad St and a right onto London Wall. Each route will end with you at our KOBOX City Studio.

Want to get your gloves on for a high intensity workout before work? No problem, we've got you covered. Here's what to expect at KOBOX City:

KOBOX Wraps - Hand wraps are compulsary at KOBOX. Your first pair are included with a KOBOX trial pass or you can purchase more at every KOBOX studio.

Gloves - Borrow our gloves or bring your own (must be closed and must be a minimum of 10 OZ). Our gloves are thoroughly cleaned after every use and no pair of gloves will be used more than once in a day.

Towels - A sweat towel will be available and shower towels are available in the changing rooms.

Showers - Bodywash, shampoo & conditioner are provided

How far is KOBOX from Liverpool Street tube station?

KOBOX City is a short walk (around 3 minutes) from Liverpool Street underground station which is easilt reachable by the London Underground and London bus network,

Do the changing rooms get busy after class?

We have plenty of changing space, lockers, showers, mirrors and hairdryers to make sure everyone can get ready with ease after class.

Are towels available?

Yes towels are available at our City studio. A sweat towel will be available for your workout and shower towels are provided in our changing rooms.

Are there any shops, restaurants or bars near the studio?

Yes! You're in the heart of the City, you'll find loads of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, including Duck & Waffle and The Ivy.
